Development of a series of landing pages for Urban leasing

Urban Leasing is a fast-growing company from Vladivostok specializing in financing the full range of business assets — from cars to yachts and railcars.

The client approached us with a request to develop a high-converting landing page and a corporate visual style for the company.

Solution: we created a design concept and implemented it technically as a series of five landing pages on a single management system (1C‑Bitrix) using Vue.js.

Result: the client received not just a website, but a scalable system for attracting customers across different segments. Our collaboration is ongoing, and we are currently discussing the next stages of the project’s evolution.

 

Task

Urban Leasing is a company with a broad scope of operations. It plans to increase its activity in the digital space, develop personalized services and customer portals, and launch product-specific landing pages. To unlock this potential, the company needed its own platform to support multiple business lines — a solution that:
Reflects the essence of the client’s business
Appears reliable and attractive to diverse audiences: from B2B clients to private luxury
Enthusiasts, from owners of construction fleets to buyers of premium yachts
Increases the number of leads generated via the website
Enables rapid scaling of new digital projects
Can adapt to a fast-growing business

Solution

We understood that the solution had to be highly flexible. Instead of building five separate websites, we implemented a “one template — many landing pages” strategy:
Analyzed the target audience and identified key customer segments (businesses, private clients, niche segments)
Designed user flows at the prototyping stage that guide visitors toward the primary goal — submitting a request

During technical planning, we designed an architecture that allows content for all five landing pages to be managed from a single 1C‑Bitrix admin panel.

Design concept

The Morizo team developed a contemporary, clean, and at the same time visually striking design concept.

It brings together:

The concept was approved by the client with virtually no revisions.

 

Technical solution

Based on the approved design, we implemented an efficient technical framework:

Frontend

We used the modern Vue.js framework to create an interactive, dynamic interface. Site interactions are smooth and fast, improving both user experience and conversion to leads.

Backend

As a robust content management system, we chose 1C‑Bitrix. We developed a universal template in which texts, images, and headlines can be easily customized for each of the five landing pages while preserving the overall structure and functionality.

A key benefit for the client is cost savings on future maintenance and development. Adding a sixth landing page is now a matter of days, not weeks.

Corporate identity

The Morizo team also worked with the client on brand identity and developed:
A modern, well-structured presentation template that allows employees to quickly prepare sales and commercial proposals
A concise business card design aligned with the overall visual style

As a result, the client received a cohesive, recognizable, and professional brand image.

Result

The client received not just a website, but a scalable system for attracting customers across different segments. The next phase focuses on enhancing and further refining the user experience.

For example, creating new landing pages has shifted from a multi-day development task to a set of simple actions that take just a couple of days.
